Our Halloween Party

Anita is wearing a very pretty dress and apron which Maman bought at a doll show in Puyallup. None of us got to go with on the trip. But Madeline went in Tante Linda's suitcase. Our maman is quite addled these days. But yesterday was a Fun Day as we got to play again.

Here is Maman's Halloween tea table. We all love the orange, black and yellow decorations for Halloween. Tante Linda brought the brownies with orange icing and the ghost cookies, and Maman bought shortbread cookies and chocolate mint. It all looked very delicious.
Tante Leona gave the beautiful orange flowers in the middle.
We also love black cats!

Here is our Maman in the orange sweater.
Tante Linda is the other human here.
And the animal in the middle is Kelsie, our dog.

Our happy Christmas 2012!

We had our Christmas tea on Christmas Eve but Maman took photos today in the good light.
We had such fun! We made a gingerbread house and cookies.

Here is Zoe with her play horse.
We all share of course.
She likes the horse the best.

Emily and Ellowyne sitting at the table filled with treats!

After we had our tea time, we opened the gifts.
Oh, guess what was inside?
4 pairs of ice skates for us to share!
We are all so excited!

Best of all was a onesie made by Tante Barbi K Goldenberg.
She is the dear Maman who went away a while ago.
We are so happy to have something made by her!
Maman bought it from Dollspart.com

Our kind Christmas chef, who comes each year to the Bleu Manoir, baked cookies all day for us, plus a special Christmas feast which we ate after we came home from church at 7 pm.
It was a really fun Christmas time!

We wish each of our dear friends a very happy New Year filled with peace!
Love from Yvette Marie and all the rest. xoxoxo

A Special Diamond Jubilee Tea!

It's me, Robinette again!
I am having so many adventures all at once!
Maybe my pretty new dress is the reason for this.
Maman took me to a splendid Diamond Jubilee tea this past Monday.
It was held at Tante Isabelle's pretty house by the river.
I got to meet my friend Ada Mathilda again. She was wearing a gorgeous dress which Tante Trish in England made for her. We both had our British flags to wave, and Maman gave Ada a London style shopping bag.

Here is our dear Queen Elizabeth.
She has reigned on the Throne for 60 years!

I went exploring before the tea and found a lovely Eiffel Tower in the doll room.

I also found the baby's room!
I love all the perfume bottles on the dresser.
I also really like the baby's quilt.

Madeline was also at the tea.
She had a pretty pink crown dress like mine, too, and a lovely pink shawl.
She also had a string of pretty pearls.

We had a grand time at the Jubilee Tea!
Merci Beacoup, Tante Isabelle!

Maman made a special Jubilee cake.
It's called a Victorian sponge cake and it was very delicious.
Everything was so yummy.
I do like Jubilee Teas!
Hugs from Robinette.

Robinette's Royal Tea Adventure!

I was very happy to be taken on an adventure yesterday!
It was April 28, 2012.
It was the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's 1st anniversary.
Maman likes Royalty from Britain because of her British roots.
She is mostly Welsh and German but there is some British too!
William and Kate are the first names of the people we were remembering.
I got to sit at the lovely tea table.

Before the tea Maman and I looked at the lovely museum.
There are many rooms there.
In one room we found Princess Diana, one of the very best loved Princesses.
Isn't she beautiful?
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police was also in attendance.

We checked out the Titanic exhibit.
Here I am next to a model of this doomed ship.

Maman and I loved this room the very best.
We are a nautical pair!
It was a fun day.
Love from Robinette!

An Autumn Tea

Saturday, October 23, 2010 was a very exciting day!
We knew friends were coming over for tea, but when we came down to the kitchen,
someone new was there. It was a new sister!
Maman and Papa travelled to Puyallup WA last weekend and brought her back with them, and they kept it a surprise until today.
She told us her name is Ellowyne.
She is a Seely Gold mold, made by Terri Pender in WA.
Isn't she pretty? She is borrowing my autumn dress from last year, which Maman made.

Here is most of the gang squeezing into our kitchen.
I'm sitting at the table with Phoebe, who belongs to Sarah Jean.
Next to her is Helena, then Madeline, Emma Grace, Matilda and Ashley, with our new sister, Ellowyne, way in the back.

Here is Zoe in the back garden with Emily and Phoebe.

And here are all the Mamans together!
Our Maman loves to have tea parties.
This is the very first Bleuette tea, because last year Maman's friends didn't own any Bleuettes, and Sarah Jean lived far away in Toronto.
We think it's so very exciting that suddenly everyone has Bleuettes, except for Tante Leona, who is Maman's sister. But we're working on her.

Maman had a door prize. Everyone put their name in for the Drawing.
Papa pulled one name out.
Ashley won the prize! Ashley belongs to Maman Isabelle.

Here's all the Mamans with their Bleuettes.
Please click on the picture to see us all very well.

Here we are in the country, getting ready for the hayride!
We did this first, before the tea.
Tante Leona loaned us the horse and buggy.

Here we are meeting our new sister, Ellowyne.

Oh, this was such fun! The weather was fine too.

Zoe holding the picnic basket.

We found a spooky graveyard nearby the place we stopped to have our picnic.

Some of us were very scared.
We were sad when everyone had to go home.
I hope everyone comes back again soon!
