Ellowyne's winter adventure!

 Maman took me outside early today.

It snowed all last night!

This is my very first snowfall.

The others were fast asleep.

After Maman took the first photo, I fell over.

I wanted to make a snow angel!

But it was raining too hard and as you can see I don't have boots yet.

Maman posed me in this beautiful sleigh.

We don't have a horse, so it's just for fun and picture taking.

Well, we sort of have a horse but he would be too small for this type of sleigh.

Maman put her name on each photo but she doesn't know how to do a watermark.

Just ignore the name because she wishes to keep these photos for her own personal use.

Sometimes she uses them for calendars and she doesn't want them repeated.

I had lots of fun in the snow but had to dry off when I came back inside for breakfast.

Ellowyne's day of fame!

In the BSC group, Tante Martha and Tante Melissa came up with a fantastic idea.

All the Mamans are invited to look at Impressionist Paintings and choose one to copy to make a dress for one of their Bleuettes.

Our Maman loves this painting by Renoir. It's called "Mother and Children".

Maman chose Ellowyne to be the model because of her long blonde hair.

Ellowyne is ecstatic to have her very own dress and coat and hat and muff.

She loves what Maman created using LSDS patterns from the Bleu Door Portal.

Here is Ellowyne turned into an Impressionist painting.

We are planning to print it out on cardstock and hang it up in her bedroom once she has one of her own.

Maman is thrilled with this first challenge of the New Year.

Oh we did have fun!

I got a Chatty Cathy doll and she says 11 things!

Zoe got a puppy!

Ellowyne got the nativity creche on top of the fireplace.

Helena got a pretty Christmas tea set.

Of course we also got candy and things too, but these are our best presents.

Tante Julie didn't make any of them. Other Mamans made them.

Maman has been eyeing them all year, and so have we.

Maman can crochet, but not like this.
