Our Christmas gift from Maman!

The BSC sewing challenge for this month is "Annabelle Book" items.
Maman has the "A is for Annabelle" book by Tasha Tudor.
The pictures are very pretty.
We all are great fans of Tasha!
Tante Martha made a big quilt for her one time.
It was a whole cloth Welsh quilted quilt.
So Tante Martha designed a Bleuette size one for this challenge.
Maman worked very hard on our quilt.
She began the embroidery in November.
She worked it in red.
We think it is very pretty!

Maman decided to make a matching pillow.
She used red fabric and embroidered with white thread.

It looks like a Christmas quilt!
Merci beacoup, cher Maman!
Love from Yvette Marie and all the rest.
